  ဘယာကြေ ဘယာကြော်ကတော့ ဟင်းချက်နည်းရေးတဲ့သူတွေလည်း တော်တော်များများရေးထားကြပြီးသားပါ။ ဒီနေ့ ဆုမြတ်အဆင်မပြေခဲ့တာလေးတွေပါ ထည့်ရေးချင်လို့ ဒီစာလေးရေးဖြစ်သွားတာပါ။ ဆုမြတ်အတွက်ကတော့ ဘယာကြော်ရှိတယ်လို့ ပြောလိုက်တာနဲ့ တနေကုန်ထမင်းမစားပဲလဲ စားနိုင်တယ်။ နေ့တိုင်းလဲစားနိုင်တယ်။ ဟီး အဲ့လောက်ကြိုက်တယ် ပြောပါတယ်။ စစချင်းဘယာကြော်စားမယ်ဆိုပြီး ဝယ်လိုက်တုန်းက ၃၊ ၄ထုပ်လောက်ဝယ်လာလိုက်တယ်။ တကယ်လည်းကြော်ရော မတူပါဘူးလို့ထင်နေတာ မတ်ပဲနဲ့ ကုလားပဲမှားပြီး ဝယ်လာမိတာမှန်းသိသွားတယ်။ သေချာမကြည့်မိတာပေါ့နော်။ ဘယာကြော်မိတာနဲ့ ဆွဲလာမိတာကိုး။ ဒုတိယအခေါက် မတ်ပဲဘယာကြော်မှုန့် ဝယ်ပြီးညီအစ်မ၂ယောက် စကြော်တဲ့နေ့ရောက်ရော တိုင်ပတ်တာပဲ။ တခါမှလဲ ကြော်ဖူးတာမဟုတ်တော့။ အထုပ်မှာရေးထားတဲ့ ဆတူထည့်ပါဆိုတာကို ဂရမ်ဆတူထည့်ပါလို့ မသိပဲနဲ့ ထမင်းချက်တဲ့ခွက်နဲ့ ချင့်လိုက်တယ်။ အဲ့အချိန်အတိုင်း ရေကိုထည့်လိုက်တယ်။ ငှက်ပျော်သီးမရှိလို့ မထည့်လိုက်ဘူး။ ကြက်သွန်ကို နုပ်နုပ်စင်းပြီးထည့်တယ်။ ကြော်လိုက်တယ်။ ရေများသွားတယ် ထင်ပါတယ်။ အကွင်းလေးတွေ လုပ်လို့မရဘူး။ စားလို့တော့ အိတယ်။ ချိုချိုလေးတော့ မထွက်ဘူး။ တတိယအခေါက် ညီမလေးက သူ့ဘာသာထွင်လိုက်တယ်။ ကြက်ဥထည့

  Dim Sum Curry Hi everyone, welcome back to my kitchen jungle. I opened a restaurant in Yangon, Myanmar named “HARVEST MOON” and we also Dim sum and other foods. At the time of covid period, I have to close our restaurant and there were a lot of Dim sum left and we steamed every day. So my father said to me “Is there any way to eat Dim sum than steamed it like curry or fried. If you cook as a main dish, we can reduce the food cost and it may be more delicious.” So, I cooked Dim sum with tomato paste as a curry and sometimes I fried Dim sum like crispy deep fried, pan fried. Today, I am going to make Dim sum curry that is cooked like a Myanmar style curry dish.   STREET FOOD THAT YOU SHOULD EAT IN MYANMAR (BURMA) Myanmar (Burmese) street food. I would like to know what kind of street food do you eat in your country. Hi everyone!! Welcome back to my kitchen jungle…. Today I would like to introduced with Myanmar (Burmese) street food that I ate for breakfast. These are Shan noodle, two kinds of Burmese pancake (Bane Mote and Mote Pyar Thatlet) and Dosa (or) Mote Yae Par. All of Burmese street food are so delicious with low cost. Made sure to eat these street food when you visit to Myanmar.  SHAN NOODLE Shan noodle (Shan Kauk Swae) is one of the best and favourite noodle that orginated from Shan state. Both the broth and dry noodles are covered with chicken or pork, tomato curry paste and tossed in chilli sauce. Shan noodle are also served with pickled mustard green (mon nyin chin). You can also choose different kinds of noodle likes sticky noodle and flat noodle.    I enjoy this Shan noodle for breakfast but it absolutely can also be had at all

  Korean Spicy Fried Chicken   Hi everyone!! Welcome back to my kitchen jungle. Today, let’s eat Korean spicy fried chicken while watching Korean drama. Korean fried chicken tastes sweet because of honey and the texture of chicken is so nice. Children and adults love to eat Korean fried chicken. The first time I ate Korean fried chicken was at the Korean Expo 2016. At that time our Korean professor and his son sold Korean fried chicken and me and a friend assisted them with our beauty face. (Haha just kidding) At that time they sold fried chicken with fried Korean rice sticks, onion and potato.   Later Lotteria brand reach our country, they sell fried chicken with fried pumpkin and sprinkle it with peanuts. So it tastes so sweet and nutty. Today I added chillies powder to taste a little bit spicy. I don’t dice the chicken as usual. I slice the chicken like fillets. Fried Myanmar Bean Curd

  Fried Myanmar Bean Curd Fried Myanmar Bean Curd Preparation time             10min Cooking Time    20min Total Time         30min Ingredients Myanmar Bean curd 10pcs Onion (Medium)            5pcs (Slice) Tomato   (Medium)           3pcs (Slice) Oil         4Tbsp Salt        1/2Tsp MSG      1/2Tsp Spring Onion      2Tbsp (Cut in half inch) Frish Chilli         5pcs Garlic (Myanmar)           1 whole pcs Tumeric             Little Chilli Powder     1/2Tsp Instructions 1.         Put pan on stove and add oil. Add Onion and fried. When onion smell is come out, add tomato and fried until it paste. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and MSG and fried in a few minute. 2.         Add Myanmar bean curd and garlic and fried 2min. After 2min, finally add green chilli and spring onion. Mix all of ingredients and serve.

  Burmese Djenkol Bean and Tealeaf Salad Djenkol bean is one of my favourite beans and especially djenkol bean salad is my favourite. Tealeaf salad is one of the most favourite foods in Myanmar and Myanmar is the one where tea is eaten as well as drunk. As a popular expression of  Myanmar (Burmese): Of all the fruit, the mango’s the best; of all the meat, the pork’s the best; and of all the leaves, tealeaf (lahpet)’s the best. Djenkol bean and tea leaf are the best combination food and all of Myanmar people love to eat it.   Pork Rib And Raddish Soup When I was young my father made this soup for us and this soup is a kind of easy, tasty soup. Pork rib and raddish soup is suitable for rainy season. Fried Myanmar Bean Curd is a food from upper Myanmar and mostly people eat it in original. But when we want to eat for a change, we fried bean curd and it give sweet, spicy and cloy taste.
